JOB SUMMARY:

A keen problem solver, who can work within the squad performing developments tasks as required as well as troubleshooting, configuration, and operation of the existing Salesforce platform.

KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Design and develop custom Apex code, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and declarative configurations to extend Salesforce functionality.

· Implement and maintain integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse processes, and propose solutions.

· Participate in code reviews, quality assurance, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality solutions.

· Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.

· Document technical designs, configurations, and code changes.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including administrators, analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.

· Ability to work on multiple user stories/priorities and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions


QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

· 5+ years of SFDC development experience

· Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer—II Certification (highly desirable)

· Development experience with LWC, Apex, API REST integration, Triggers, Eclipse IDE, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)

· Experience working on Salesforce communities / Experience cloud

· Experience in working with Force.com Bulk API and the Metadata API

· Experience in Customisation & configure SFDC objects, data fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, document templates, reports and dashboards

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline 3-4+ years with MuleSoft ESB (MCD lvl1 certification is mandatory and MCIA Lvl1 desirable) - Experience in Mule 4.x highly desirable -Experience in Mulesoft data weave scripting - Experience in CICD pipeline - Experience in previous Mule versions valued Demonstrated system implementation skills Flexible attitude in order to meet outcomes required Desirable: - IBM MQ experience - Salesforce experience/certification - Java experience/certification - ITIL experience/certification - Mainframe experience KNOWLEDGE: Ability to implement solutions according to formal development methodologies, including Agile/SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies Experience in working with both functional and non-functional requirements Knowledge of service layer applications and tools, specifically MuleSoft ESB Experience delivering online Life insurance applications desirable TECHNICAL SKILLS Experience with ESB software, specifically Mulesoft ESB Write production quality executable code (including documentation) for user interfaces, business processes, domain objects, etc. and database scripts Validation of code quality using walkthroughs, code reviews and unit tests using MUnit Experience in working with Anypoint tools i.e. Studio, Exchange, Designer, Runtime Manager, Monitoring etc.. The Lead Full Stack Engineering will be responsible for helping build up our future frontend, microservices, and cloud foundations to scale out for the rest of the organisation. This role will build the new chapter and work with our agile delivery and architecture teams on a transition roadmap.

The role will focus on providing technical expertise, steering the technology capability, and bring in industry standards and innovation.

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Analyst with hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications, ideally with exposure to Education Cloud or Omni Studio. The role involves designing, executing, and automating test cases, ensuring quality delivery across Salesforce implementations.

• Review functional and technical requirements, and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual and regression testing across Salesforce applications including Education Cloud or Omni Studio.
• Validate data integrity, workflows, integrations, and security settings.
• Conduct UI, API, and end-to-end testing using Salesforce and related platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers, admins, and business teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Document defects, track resolutions, and perform retesting using JIRA or other bug tracking tools.
• Contribute to automation strategy and execution (Selenium / Provar preferred).
• Participate in release cycles, deployments, and post-release validation.

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of QA experience.
• Strong knowledge of Education Cloud or Omni Studio (experience or working knowledge required).
• Proficiency in manual testing, regression, and functional testing of Salesforce environments.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, OWDs, workflows, and integrations.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Buganizer, Mantis, TestRail).
• Experience in automation tools like Selenium, Provar, or JMeter is an advantage.
• ISTQB certification or Salesforce QA certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
